Refund policy

RETURNS

You may return a non-personalised poem print within 30 days of ordering.
Original bespoke poems are non-refundable.

Returns should be made to the address indicated on the delivery/returns note.
Please return your order in the original packaging if possible. We highly recommend that you retain proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we are unable to process a refund for goods that fail to reach us.

We cannot refund return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We cannot offer goods in exchange for those you return, only replacements if damaged. If you would like an alternative item, please place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.
